Not unless you have specific requests for that event. Once you have signed our snow removal agreement, we will automatically dispatch and service our routes once our 3" trigger is activated.

Any forecast of potential snow or winter precipitation signals our account managers to start monitoring the local weather conditions closely to anticipate when our snow removal crews will be dispached to service their route.
Our teams have pre arranged routes to ensure the highest level of efficiency, thus we are unable to give or promise exact arrival times.
When our 3" accumulation trigger is set off, our crews will be dispatched on their givn route. We will have all accounts serviced withing 24 hours of the event.
Our crews start servicing their route at 7am and will work until every property is serviced. We do not snow blow in the middle of the night or early morning hours.

Our pricing and billing is very simple. We bill on a per push basis. This means that every time a crew shows up and services your property, you're billed at your set rate.
Sometimes our crews have to make multiple visits to your property for one snow storm, in this case you will be billed each time the crew shows up and services the property.
We do not honor customer requests to "hold off" on snow removal at any time throuout the season.
All invoices are due within 48 hours of service, failure to pay on time will result in a late payment fee as well as suspended service.

No. Our process ensures that we are able to adequately service all customers on a given route.
Our teams will not honor any requests to skip, or delay any service visit when our 3" trigger is activated.
Requests to skip or delay service will result in termination of agreement and we will have to give your spot on our route to someone else.
This strict rule is in the best interest of all customers and based on many years of trial and experience. There are no exceptions.

We will come back and service the property, however you will be charged an additional $40

Yes we a have 24/7 reception team
-
Is there a problem if a car is parked on my driveway?
No, our team members will clear as much snow as possible by avoiding the vehicle(s). If you expect to have a car on the driveway when we arrive we recommend that you make sure to place it as close to the top and side of the driveway as possible to allow the team maximum accessibility, or to move it onto the street if possible. If not the team will at least clear away behind where the car is parked including any snow banks left by the city plow.
Please note, for the sake of efficiency, that we do not ask our crews to knock on your door to get you to move your vehicle(s).
