Today we have a good example of a job that occurs quite frequently for families in Northern Michigan. Trampoline disposal, once you've used that trampoline for several years and it's beginning to show its age, or maybe the kids have outgrown it. Whatever the reason, our customer needed to get rid of this lawn ornament before the snow buries it for the season. Our customer service team fielded the call and had this particular customer on our schedule for the next day. The customer was not able to be on site at the planned two hour arrival window so our customer service representative assured them that was no problem at all. Our crews always take photos of each job and attach them to the invoice. This makes unsupervised appointments easy for our customers.
